IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT WINTER PARK RESORT: In order to ski safely at Winter Park Resort, single day lift tickets are limited this year and will sell out. Please buy your tickets early. Also note, anyone with an IKON or Winter Park Resort season pass will need a reservation to ski this season. Pass holders can make reservations through their online account and each pass holder may reserve up to 10 ski days at a time. Make sure to check the reservations site frequently as cancelled and changed reservations are opening up ski days/reservations for pass holders.

Just a short walk to the Gondola base area and the Village at Winter Park Resort which hosts an awesome array of restaurants, shops & activities. Relax by the fire while watching skiers fly down the mountain or kick back with a book on exquisite living room furniture. Rest easy in the King bedroom with luxe bedding, slope views and allow for guests on the Queen inflatable mattress. This is a gorgeous condo that is rarely open but ready for your next Winter Park vacation!

Please Note: At this time the hot tubs and amenity decks are closed due to covid and/or construction.

Distance to Slopes:  Ski In/Ski Out at the Village at Winter Park Resort. 100 yards to the gondola through the Base Village.
