By Donna, Posted: 09/27/2022Great Unit, as pictures represent. Love that it is ground floor and direct patio access to the community hot tub. Check in was easy as was getting the parking permit and communication was sufficient. Easy walk across the street to all winter park offers.

The condominium we stayed in was in great condition and the housekeeping was superior, everything was spotless. The follow up by management was great. What a great experience, I will be back!

By Dan, Posted: 01/29/2021Great cozy one bedroom in one of our favorite places to stay Founders Point/Fraser Crossing. Easy access to hot tubs during regular times. Bring your own soap as you only get a tiny circle to use...everything else is provided quite nicely. Beware of the garage though...we purchased parking for the four days ahead of time and had trouble the first few days getting out and in. You have to call for help and give the person all of your information including the reservation number while the cars stack up behind you. Location is primo though as you just have to cross the street to get to the base and WP has built up enough at the base that you really don't have to go to town or Fraser to survive for a few days.

The pictures looked good, the price was amazing, and the location was perfect; there had to be some catch. Let me assure you, there is no catch with Winter Park Lodging Company. Emails were timely, phone calls were received after booking by the staff to touch base if I needed anything, and when I reached out about early availability on check in day, I was easily accommodated. The staff continued to text me with updated instructions and to verify everything was satisfactory. Even confirmed the emergency contact info if any problem should arise (which none did). Can't wait for my next experience. 5 stars.

It's right at the base area so we could easily get on the bike trails and check out the restaurants & shops. Everything feels new and we loved the pops of color. This condo is right at the amenity deck so we could walk right out to the hot tubs and mountain views. Nothing to complain about here, it was an awesome condo!

Q: What floor is the amenity deck on?A: The amenity deck is on the 3rd and same floor as this condo. You have direct access from your patio to the hot tub and grill area.
Q: Where can we throw out our trash?A: Please take trash to one of the refuse rooms. These are located on every floor by the elevators. There is also a dumpster in the garage.
Q: Is there WIFI in the unit?A: Free WIFI is included in all of our properties.
