Old Town Winter Park is located approximately 1/3 mile from Winter Park Resort Village. A quick five to ten minute walk will find you enjoying all the fun on offer at the base, or hop on the free Winter bus shuttle and be there in two! Old Town is the perfect location for those looking for a quieter spot to retreat to at the end of the day, without sacrificing quick and easy access to the slopes. Old Town properties include: Lakota, Slopeside, Trademark, Winter Park Place & Beau West.
Downtown Winter Park is located approximately 2 miles west of Winter Park Ski Resort. It enjoys a festive feel throughout the year with a vibrant outdoor concert series at in the Summer, and a host of fun events during the Winter months. There is a good variety of restaurants and bars, plus family entertainment by the bucket full at the Grand Park Rec Center & Foundry Bowling & Movie Theater. The free Winter Bus Shuttle services most of Downtown Winter Park, making gettting to the slopes a breeze.
The town of Fraser is two miles from downtown Winter Park and five miles from the Winter Park Resort. This is where the majority of locals live and where you’ll find the most economical lodging. You’ll also enjoy convenient access to the Safeway grocery store, the Colorado Adventure Park and a handful of restaurants and shops. Fraser is also serviced by the free Winter Bus Shuttle, so if you’re looking for a little more seclusion, but don’t want to be far from the slopes, it’s a great option.
