There are some really fun and FREE activities lined up through March at Hideaway Park in Downtown Winter Park. Here’s a quick look at what’s going on…

March 13:  1-3pm   Kids Survival Day- A great family event, you will learn how to build a snow cave and what to bring on hikes in Grand County. Free sledding and hot chocolate! RSVP with the Fraser Recreation District at 970.726.8968 www.fraservalleyrec.org

March 14:   1-3pm   Adult Snow Survival Class- get some useful and informative tips on how to be prepared for all types of winter activities from teacher Bill Ross. RSVP to [email protected] 970.726.4221 ext 5 www.playwinterpark.com

March 20:  4-6pm   Kids Flag Football- Families are welcome to bring your kids to this open game for ages 6 and above. Waivers must be filled out prior to event by a parent. FREE RSVP with the Fraser Recreation District at 970.726.8968 www.fraservalleyrec.org

March 21:  6-8pm  The Winter Park Pub presents Flag Football- You can bring a team to play or play in the open game. There will be prizes too!RSVP to [email protected] 970.726.4221 ext 5 www.playwinterpark.com
