1 Pound Brussel Sprouts
4 Tablespoons Butter
Sea salt to taste
Bring 1 gallon of salted water to a rolling boil. Add brussel sprouts and boil, covered for 8 minutes. Drain and let cool, do not rinse. Shave the bottom off sprout and then cut in half. Toss in melted butter and sprinkle with sea salt. Roast in oven at 425F for 8 minutes and serve hot.
Garnish with garnish of your choice: bacon, cashews, almonds, apples, chilli flakes, ponzu sauce etc….let your mind go crazy!
