fruity chicken salad

Fruit & nuts with a little cluck cluck!  Throw together this delicious chicken salad in a flash and head to your favorite 4th of July picnic spot.

chicken saladingredients:

2 cups chicken meat, cooked, chopped
1 1/2 cups California seedless table grapes, rinsed and cut in half
1/4 cup celery, diced
1 cup pecans, toasted and coarsely chopped
2 tablespoons basil, fresh, chopped
1/2 cup green onions, thinly sliced
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon salt & ground black pepper
1 tablespoon lemon Juice, fresh

method:

Combine all salad ingredients in bowl, mix well, et voila!  I recommend grabbing a cooked chicken from your local supermarket deli to save you even more time.
