The property is well equipped, had everything we needed for our stay. Comfortable beds and spacious enough for a family or large group. Many places have beds for large groups but not enough lounge seating but here there was plenty of space for all to visit. Would definitely book again.

We all enjoyed staying at this home. Nice, quieter location but very short drive to town/activities. The private hot tub was immaculate as was the whole home. Very clean and any item we could need was provided. Hosts were easy to communicate with and organized.  Love the return guest discount.....we'll be back!

We really enjoyed staying at the Balsh Hideaway. A very nice, private home. Lovely private hot but that was checked throughout our stay! There is a shuttle stop if you don't want to drive to the Resort. We did both. Thanks for hosting us!

My family and I had such a great stay at Balsh Hideaway. We were able to sled on a nearby hill and all soak in the hot tub. We were a little short on towels for the hot tub, but the folks over at Winter Park Lodging Company were quick to drop a few off. Will definitely stay again!

Balsh Hideaway was a quiet and cozy home which comfortably slept our group of 5 adults and 3 kids and could easily accommodate 2 more if needed with a sofa-bed in the living room. The property had everything we needed and was very close to town for our snow-shoeing adventure, tubing, skiing and of course those Starbucks runs if required. We had an issue with the hot tub but the property manager came promptly to address it so that we could enjoy while we were resident. The only "watch-out" but by no means a negative is that the photos online make the place look much larger than it really is (but isn't this true for all real estate). All in all, we were very happy with Balsh Hideaway.

We had a wonderful stay at Balsh Hideaway. Everything was clean, convenient and comfortable. We enjoyed the location, in a walkable neighborhood, sledding down the side hill with available sleds. Thank you! We might like to make a suggestion- the chairs at the table were very loud and heavy creating loud screeching noises on the floor, thus a sleeping child was awakened. Perhaps a change out to more comfortable chairs, (flat wooden seats) or to add felted feet to the chairs to reduce the scrapping noises. Thank you. We look forward to returning to WinterPark again next year.

We recently stayed at Balsh Hideaway for a family ski vacation. We originally booked a different unit with another lodging company, A mistake will we will not make again!  When we arrived at the place we originally booked with the other company, it was filthy to the extent we were not comfortable staying there with our children. After a lack of response from that company, we reached out immediately to Winter Park Lodging Company as we had many enjoyable experiences with them in the past. Within 45 minutes, they had found us a place, Balsh Hideaway, and had made sure it was ready to go!  We felt such a relief knowing that our family vacation wasn't going to be ruined due to substandard service of the previous lodging company. The unit itself was spacious, clean, comfortable and conveniently located yet somehow managing to be a bit secluded which was nice.  It worked well for our family and our dog and we are staying again there in a week when we come back up.  We can't thank Winter Park Lodging Company enough for your five star service and commitment to the customer experience.  You truly did save our vacation!

We had a terrific experience working with this company. The customer service was exceptional. We found the home spotless and it met our needs perfectly. This is a comfortable, well-appointed home that was a pleasure to stay in. All the information we needed was on the app - so convenient. I highly recommend Winter Park Lodging Company

House was clean and ready for guests when we arrived. Everything was as advertised and anytime we reached out to the Winter Park Lodging Co. their personnel was extremely polite and accommodating. Would recommend the home and the company without any hesitation.

This house was perfect! It's not only such a cute house but has everything you need. We were even welcomed with some treats for our pups! The drive to Winter Park to ski was quick and easy. We couldn't have asked for a better place and will definitely return!

We stayed in a beautiful home in Fraser (225 Balsh) and loved it! We have older kids and they had privacy on the lower level while my wife and I stayed in the upper level master suite. The private hot tub got plenty of use and the Winter Park shuttle "The Lift" stopped just around the corner. We will definitely be back!

We had a great time in Fraser. Some skied and some did not making this a great place for all.

We had a special week at Balsh Hideaway. Great location close to anything and everything you want to do. The team at Winter Park Lodging was great, as always....friendly and super to deal with!!!

The hot water didn’t work at first but was fixed promptly. Also could have used garage door openers. Other than that our stay was perfect. We loved the house and the service was prompt when we needed it. We will come back

MANAGER COMMENTS:  We are pleased we could get the hot water up and running quickly for you.  Cold showers....ugh!  We would love to provide all guests with garage door openers however they tend to leave with guests, totally innocently, we know, but it gets pricey!  Hope to host you up this way again.

Terrific stand alone home in ideal location. My family enjoyed being in their own space but yet still so close to all the activities we wanted to do. Thanks to the Lodging Company for all your help and info. We'll surely return!

Gorgeous new home! Fantastic kitchen and very nice, large room layouts. We were able to bring our small dog and we were so thrilled.....we know that is often hard to find in vacation rental world. Loved the location, right in the middle of everything. We will be back and will let all our friends know too. Thank you!
