Every time a booking is made at your property, you will receive an automated email from us with the reservation details, including the amount it was booked for.
We encourage our owners to use their homes throughout the year and offer an easy way to block dates with our online calendar.
We’re small and that allows us to get to know you and our guests. We speak with every guest on the phone and screen them to be sure they are the right renter for you property.
When a guest books online, we will always call and speak with them directly to discuss our policies and create a personal experience.
We charge every guest a non-refundable fee that covers accidental damage during their stay. This means the guest is more likely to report any damage when we contact them for post-stay feedback, allowing us get any items fixed quickly & efficiently.
If the guest does not report the damage, but we find it during our post-stay inspection, the funds are used to cover the cost of repair items and replacements, at no additional charge to guest or owner.
Our commission includes comprehensive marketing, reservations, property care & high quality supplies; including linens, towels, toiletries & other household items.
