Winter Park Lodging Company is working proactively to keep the safety of our guests and staff as our first priority during the COVID-19 outbreak. We understand your concern with traveling during this time and have amended our Cancellation Policy.

If you have an upcoming stay with us and purchased Travel Insurance, but would like to cancel, please contact your Travel Insurance company directly for details.

If you have an upcoming stay with us arriving between today’s date and April 30th and did not purchase Travel Insurance, we are offering a full credit on your stay with the option to rebook anytime now through April 30th, 2021. 

If you are booking a stay with lodging dates between today’s date and April 30th, the policy above applies to you and we strongly encourage you to purchase Cancel for Any Reason Travel Insurance.

If you have a reservation arriving after April 30th and would like to reschedule, please contact our Vacation Planners directly for options. Refunds are not being issued.

If you are booking a stay with lodging dates after April 30th, our normal Cancellation Policy applies.
