Sushi Nama

Fresh fish in Colorado? I’m sure you think that’s an oxymoron, but not at Sushi Nama inside Cooper Creek Square in downtown Winter Park.  Sushi Nama is Winter Park’s newest restaurant delivering fresh, simple and innovative Asian inspired sushi, small bites, and entrees.  Sushi Nama showcases an intimate renovated space for you to enjoy incredible fresh food in Winter Park.  You can build your own custom hand roll or choose from the multiple Nigiri, Sashimi, Omakase and Hosomaki to entice your palette or if you’re not a fish lover, check out the noodle bowls, short ribs or the interesting Nama Pickle Board with seasoned vegetables, whipped tofu and popcorn quinoa. If you’re chilled to the bone from a full day in the great outdoors, we suggest a warm, savory ramen bowl. Finish your dinner with their selection of Mochi Ice Cream, a Japanese dessert tradition.  Sushi Nama is open at 4:00 p.m. every day and can be found on the second level of Cooper Creek Square in downtown Winter Park.

Fraser Valley Distilling

Award-winning spirits infused with local Colorado products are just the beginning as our crew sampled their incredible food as well.  The meat and cheese boards feature local Colorado cheeses along with an array of meats and snacks to fill your stomach after a long day of activities. Looking for more substantial food, check out their full menu including sandwiches, salads and desserts.  Happy hour is every day from 4:00 until 6:00 if you’re in town on Sunday, the Sunday Bruch from 12:30 until 5:00 is not to be missed. Make sure to grab a bottle when you’re headed to the condo to enjoy in the hot tub or take home as a souvenir.  Fraser Valley Distilling is located at 410 Zerex St in Fraser (5 minutes from downtown Winter Park).

Paella’s Bakery & Restaurant

Ready to spice up your appetite during your vacation? Paella’s Bakery & Restaurant is another Cooper Creek Square new addition and brings a touch of Latin flavor to Winter Park.  Flavors from South America, Mexico and Spain will entice your taste buds with local dishes like Pinchos, Tortas and of course Paella!  The restaurant is small and intimate but the servings are huge and you’ll have some to take home to share.  If you’re not ready for a full meal, check out their on-site bakery with handfuls of tasty treats baked fresh every day including Conchas, Marranitos, Caracoles and Churros.  Make sure to get their early for the best selection of bakery items as some will sell out throughout the day.  Paella’s Bakery & Restaurant is located at the east end of Cooper Creek Square in the small white cabin.
