Fabulous & New FC & FP
The contemporary & stylish condos just a few hundred paces from the chairlift, Fraser Crossing and Founder’s Pointe offer not only primo location, but many convenient amenities for a truly comfortable stay at the base. Built in 2007, these condos offer granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, duvet bedding, and fireplaces in every unit. The outdoor common areas on the 3rd floor of each building have giant hot tubs, a big grill, outdoor fireplace, and look over the Village at Winter Park Resort.
What’s the difference between Fraser Crossing and Founder’s Pointe, you ask? Not much. They share an underground parking area (free in the summer!), and all of the condos are the same layout and size in either building. Founder’s Pointe has red exterior, Fraser Crossing has beige. If you have little kids, you may like Fraser Crossing in the winter because it is 30 steps less than Founder’s Pointe to walk to the lifts. If you like carpentry, you might like the doors in Founder’s Pointe better. They are deep cherry and fancy lookin’. Oh, and the hot tub in Founder’s Pointe is a bit bigger. Yes, we are searching for differences…they are pretty much one in the same. Whichever one you pick, we think you’ll love it.
