Winter Park Lodging Company Cancellation Policies

To cancel a confirmed reservation, please call us as at 970-722-0707 soon as you know.

Bookings cancelled at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund.
Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 50% refund.
Bookings cancelled 29 or fewer days before start of stay will not receive any refund.
If you booked your stay through a third party (Vrbo, Airbnb), please reference their specific cancellation policies.

After booking your reservation, you will have 24 hours to cancel with no penalty, unless your stay has already begun. We strongly encourage you to purchase our vacation insurance which will protect your vacation investment against unforeseen circumstances. If you purchased the optional Travel Insurance, that insurance premium will not be refunded.
