Located along US Highway 40, downtown Winter Park (aka. Town of Winter Park) is two miles from Winter Park Resort, ski lifts and the Village at Winter Park. Winter Park, CO was originally known as Hideaway Park, CO. The main attractions in downtown Winter Park are Cooper Creek Square, Deno’s, The Winter Park Pub and Hideaway Park. There are many condominium, town home and stand-alone home developments that make up “downtown” Winter Park lodging.

Sawmill Station is a favorite year in and year out in Winter Park with a great location, easy access to the ski shuttle and just off Hideaway Park for the summer music festivals. Three miles to Winter Park Resort with private garages, gas fireplaces and private decks, Sawmill Station is great for a summer or winter getaway to Winter Park, Colorado. The town sledding hill (and summer concert venue) is right down the road, as are restaurants and all that Winter Park has to offer. Jump on the free shuttle right at the end of the road to the ski resort. Sawmill Station are town homes with three stories.
Trailhead Lodges are located right next to Sawmill Station. Built by the same developer as Sawmill these are higher-end properties in more of a condominium layout than a town home. Trailhead Lodges is the premier location for all the summer music festivals with some units overlooking the stage of Hideaway Park amphitheater. Featuring high-end kitchens and gas fireplaces with vaulted ceilings, fun awaits with just a jump on the elevator and stroll to town to enjoy the shops and restaurants. Telemark is newly built town home development that is located at the end of downtown Winter Park next to the Fraser River and the Telemark fishing pond. These very convenient located town homes are within walking distance to all the great restaurants in town and a stone’s throw to the famous Hernando’s Pizza. High Country Haus is one of the original condominium developments in downtown Winter Park. Made up of many buildings and located just to the North of US 40 it is just a short walking distance to the movie theater, great restaurants and shops, plus most units walk right out to the banks of the Fraser River. These are older construction but Winter Park Lodging Co. only has remodeled units. Hi Country Hose is made up of one and two bedroom units with full kitchens, fireplaces and access to indoor heated pool, sauna, hot tubs and a huge game room with video games and pool tables. Each building has it’s own outdoor parking lot. The Hause is a great place for families and kids for both the summer and winter season.
