The most convenient lodging at Winter Park Resort for access to the ski lifts, summer base activities and Trestle Bike Park are the slope side units of Zephyr Mountian Lodge, Fraser Crossing, Founder’s Pointe, and Base Village Lofts. Zephyr Mountain Lodge is Winter Park Resort’s closest ski in and out lodging sitting just 50 yards to the Zephyr ski lift. ZML is made up 230 individually owned
condominium units (one, two and three bedrooms) divided between two buildings, Slopeside and Riverside. Each building has two outside hot tubs and each a ski storage locker room on the ground level floor. An underground heated parking garage sits below both of the Zephyr buildings. All ZML units have a full kitchen, fireplace, shower and bath with a view of either the Winter Park Mountain or the Continental Divide. The Zephyr Mountain Lodge was built in 2000 with a common area upgrade in 2009. Considered true ski in/out lodging, Zephyr Mountain Lodge is a great place for a family ski vacation or summer bike trip for the guys to rip it up at Trestle Bike Park.
Fraser Crossing/Founder’s Pointe is Winter Park/Mary Jane’s newest base area lodging other than the Lofts in the Base Village. Located just across Winter Park Drive and the Fraser River from Zephyr Mountain Lodge, these two buildings are 200 yards to the Zephyr ski lift. This is about a five minute walk for the average skier in ski boots. Built in 2006, Fraser/Founder’s each has an 
amenity level on the third floor with a large hot tub and an outdoor gas grill. Each unit has either a full kitchen or kitchenette and all have gas fireplaces. A underground heated garage sits below the buildings with a ski locker storage room on the lobby floor. Made up of studio, one and two bedroom units, Fraser Crossing and Founder’s Pointe is ideal for those looking for the convenience of base area lodging with only a short walk to the ski lifts.
Winter Park Base Village Lofts are the latest and greatest Winter
Park, CO has to offer with the most convenient location built right over the shops in the new Village at Winter Park, a walking village near the lifts. With high-end furnishings and the latest kitchen designs, these 
are true ski in/out luxury accommodations. The Base Village Lofts are three and four bedrooms with a private garage, gas fireplaces, jetted bath tubs and access to the Fraser Crossing/Founder’s Pointe hot tubs. The Lofts are 150 yards or about a three minute walk to the Zephyr Ski Lift. Wanting to enjoy the restaurants in the Winter Park Village and have a larger group? This is the way to go. Location, location, location and luxury that is what the Base Village Lofts are all about.
Base Camp on Jane Creek Town homes are the most spacious Winter Park Resort ski in/out accommodations at the Winter Park Resort Base. Located just behind the older Iron Horse Resort just off the Corridor Trail that links Winter Park to 
the Mary Jane side of the Resort, these private town homes are four bedrooms with a private garage and hot tub. Base Camp was built in 2005 and includes very high end furnishings with state of the art kitchens. Base Camp is ideal for the family ski vacation or group that wants room to play and the convenience of ski in/out lodging. Located just 1/4 mile from the Village at Winter Park and about two miles to downtown Winter Park. The property is a 150 yard walk to the Corridor ski trail on a designated and maintained foot path or you can shuttle to the lifts.
