The Booking Process
We handle everything, starting with your initial inquiry all the way through to your departure, to make sure you have the best experience possible on your vacation. You don’t deal with the owner before, during, or after your stay – just us! We promise to provide you with all of the information you need in preparing for your vacation, from airport transportation to the best places for dinner, from directions to dog sitters.
To book one of our vacation rentals, the first half of the total price is due at the time of booking and an online approval of a rental agreement is required within 24 hours of booking. We require the remaining half payment thirty days prior to your arrival date and email you all of your check-in instructions and directions ten days prior to arrival. We also email you helpful tips on discounts, events and more general information to help you plan your vacation.
We have a 24/7 on call guest assistance line to help you with anything you need during your stay. Unlike many other companies or owners, our friendly staff are all locals of Winter Park and are available and happy to help our guests.If you have any problems or concerns, we will assist you in any way we can to resolve while you’re in Winter Park.
