Great customer service, spotless condo in a perfect location: “My two teenaged kids and I arrived after a great day of skiing to an absolutely perfect condo. It was one of the cleanest condo’s I have ever stayed in. A little gift bag was on the counter as a hello. We received a welcome call from Samantha and Amy, who were absolutely wonderful and quite helpful, as well as a follow up call after our stay. With the customer service and attention to detail that we received on our stay I will be making it a point to either stay again in the same condo or stay in one managed by Winter Park Lodging Company. Awesome: “…The ladies at Winter Park Lodging [Company] are wonderful and helpful. We traveled with my disabled husband…the wonderful ladies had a ramp built from the garage, easy entry for my husband. I asked them to purchase a shower board for my husbands shower, they did as promised. We asked for a grill, we love to grill and enjoy meals together, they provided a grill….
