Winter Park Road Biking

One of our owners , Mike S., and his buddy recently came up for some Winter Park road biking. He made it up and back Berthoud (impressive!) and had this to say about the photo above, S. is happy to have Berthoud pass behind him for the second and last time on a ride to Empire and back. We had perfect weather May 29th, as you can see there was still a lot of snow up high’

But when asked about the best biking in the area, he said he ‘thinks the best road ride is out 125 by Granby’. Thanks for the insider’s tip, Mike!

New Ski Shuttle for Rendezvous Neighborhood in Winter Park

We’ve just heard the great news that there will now be a free shuttle service from the Rendezvous neighborhood in Winter Park to the base of the Winter Park ski area. Beginning with the 2009-2010 ski season, the service will run on weekends and holidays.

The Rendezvous neighborhood is just outside of Winter Park’s town limits, and has brand-new townhomes and cabins in a secluded area, yet only minutes from town and the ski area. Check out our Rendezvous Discovery Court townhome for your next Winter Park ski vacation and enjoy the free transportation to the slopes.
